⏳ How long does it take to make my order?
Custom magnets are made to order. Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days before shipping. During busy seasons, it may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

📦 Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. This includes all 50 states. We do not currently offer international shipping.

🚚 How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary.

📬 What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delays are unfortunately out of our control. If your package seems lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

❌ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because custom magnets are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage or an error), please reach out—we want to make it right.

Our magnets are designed for most standard magnetic surfaces like refrigerators, lockers, and metal boards.
